PD1900 is a pilotless aircraft facility produced by UAV.tools. The platform is specifically designed for obtaining high definition aerial photography. The UAV has excellent flight characteristics and is capable of covering up to 400 ha or 100 minutes of flight time.
This aircraft has a high degree of accuracy and is particularly useful for extracting data from large agricultural plots, construction sites, conservation sites and search and rescue services. The performance of this UAV is particularly noted for its use in precision agriculture.


Ready to Fly Package

The drone set includes everything required to execute a flight. This includes an automatic pilot with a GPS package and a compass, a telemetry kit (for real-time tracking location and status of the drone during the flight task), battery set, battery charger, control console and the necessary ground station software required for aircraft control. Quality and integrity testing software is also included in the set.
Please note that the aircraft is completed by any one of a range of optional sensors available for getting data of aerial photography. Your own camera can be used in the sensor function. (Please ask us to clarify the potential compatibility of cameras).

Route Auto-navigation

Each drone is provided with a customized and tested automatic pilot system. The automatic pilot module, is an effective and high-tech product which has been developed by international community of engineers over recent years. Positioning accuracy is provided by a robot pilot with a high-altitude scale of 0.8 to 2.5 m. The flight task is completely programmable from take-off to landing and doesn’t require any special piloting skills. Take-off is carried out by hand using a catapult. The drone then undertakes navigation in accordance with a predetermined route. Once the flight task is completed the drone returns to the launch location, descends and lands in accordance with a predetermined path.
To start a safe flight in automatic mode the wind velocity must be less than 30 km/h.
Nothing could be easier. Simply launch the drone and control the navigation process from the ground station.


Camera Stabilization and Photo-Mapping

It is possible to obtain extremely finely detailed photographs by attaching a camera to a vibro-stabilized platform. Then all that is required is to turn on the camera. Photographs will then be taken in accordance with a pre-determined plan, established in the mission planner with values of fore-and-aft and lateral overlaps. The customized mounting protects the camera against dust and load during landing.

Ortophotomaps and 3D-Maps

Optional software allows the creation of orto-rectified materials which can be used in any geo Information system environment. Data from the deck of the device facilitates the construction of ortophotomaps which are accurate within 1-5 m, and to increase the precision to several centimetres in the presence of overland checkpoints.


Modified NDVI Cameras

We also offer modified NIRGB cameras by Canon, GoPro and others that have a filter allowing data from the electromagnetic spectrum ranges in green, blue or near Infrared. The correlation of one of the visible and infrared spectrums allows it to rate the NDVI index, which in turn facilitates analysis of the condition of plant crops.
